Montaño brings more than 20 years of experience in digital strategy, healthcare marketing, and growth leadership. She has held executive roles at organizations including Loyal, Perficient, StayWell, and Greystone.net, where she led initiatives focused on patient engagement, digital transformation, and enterprise growth across the healthcare industry.
Her work has consistently centered on connecting clinical expertise with patient behavior—helping organizations deliver more effective, accessible, and scalable care experiences. When not working, she enjoys spending time on the water, embracing coastal living, and being with her family and dogs.
